About me

Random biography @ Studio Paul Klinkenberg

I have 3 biographies available, all with their own flaws and view on things. And usually in Dutch, sorry. It can never be perfect anyway, since the way I look at myself and my work depends on how I feel, which quite varies ;)

Visual artist @ De Nijverheid
2020-current
Finally became a professional visual artist. With my atelier at the very inspiring Nijverheid, I am now following my passion, feeling whole, and loving life ❤
Worked in IT @ many companies
2001-2020
Self-taught full-stack programmer, team lead, CTO, opensource contributor, opensource team member.
Art student "Sculpting and other media" (BEAM) @ Academie voor Kunst en Vormgeving 's-Hertogenbosch
1999-2001
I learned so much there, and finally found a school where I felt at home. Looking back, I was too immature to be educated as a professional yet. So many pains and fears were in the way, I voluntarily dropped out after 2 years.
Artist apprentice @ atelier Eric Odinot
1998-1999
As an apprentice to the established artist Eric Odinot, I learned to create molds, understand many materials, and learned how to create sculptures in bronze, gipsum and many different plastics. And very interestingly, I learned how a succesful art business is run! (hint: work hard)
